A ServletContextListener called
org.exoplatform.container.web.PortalContainerCreator
is added in order to create the current portal containers that
have been registered. We assume that all the web applications have
already been loaded before calling
PortalContainerCreator.contextInitialized[.]
In GateIn, the PortalContainerCreator is
already managed by the file
starter.war/ear.
