To share an update a document or a link in a space, you must be a member first. Then, do either of the following steps to view the publication on the space.
Type what you want in the space activity composer
Click on the Share button My Spaces on the Administration bar, and select your desired space from the drop-down menu.
The second way
The post published will display in the space activity stream.
You can see that the post is published with the space avatar displayed in the timeline
When you mouse over the space avatar in the timeline, a popover is displayed with the space name, the space avatar and the last publication on the space
A Leave button is displayed in the popover if the user wants to leave the space
Once you leaves the space, you will not be able to see any activity, nor receiving notifications of your former publications on this space
Only the space managers and authors of the posts can delete the activities by clicking on the delete (1) icon in the corner. All notifications related to that deleted activity in the space are also deleted.
