When the server starts, the
jcr-configuration.xml
file is initialized. The addConfig function will be referred to the
org.exoplatform.services.jcr.impl.config.RepositoryServiceConfigurationPlugin component-plugin to load the
war:/ks-extension/jcr/repository-configuration.xml file.
