To define a default workflow for new projects in the Task Management application, you can configure a property named exo.tasks.default.status via the exo.properties file. See
Configuration overview if you have not created this file yet.
For instance:
exo.tasks.default.status=To Do, In Progress, Wait, Validate, Done
in which, each status in the workflow is separated by a comma.
